Living Accommodation - The formal living area is in the middle of the villa and has a sofa and a chair. Adjacent to the formal living area is the formal dining area with a modern table seating six people. Following through the villa is the open-plan kitchen with a kitchen table seating two people. The kitchen overlooks the family lounge area which has a sofa and two loveseats, patio doors to the pool deck and a large flatscreen TV with a DVD player and a games console.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the family lounge area, at the back of the villa, which contains a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is immediately to the left of the front door and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is to the right of the front door and has twin beds. Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom 3 and has bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a double bed and the top bunk being a single bed.
Outdoor Living - The pool deck has a pool and an outdoor dining table seating four people with an umbrella for much needed shade so you can ensure the whole family can have breaks from the beautiful Florida sun.
Entertainment - Through the small laundry room is the games room, equipped with a pool table, table football and dartboard so that the whole family can get together during the periods of down time and have plenty of fun.
