with everything you need for a relaxing vacation..

Also all of the holiday homes listed here are 10 to 15 minutes from Disney, 20 to 25 minutes from Universal
and very close to all the central Florida attractions, Shopping Malls included.

Looking for Villa Management?

What Sunshine Homes does is maintain and manage your home in central Florida. We offer help in setting up bill paying by yourselves for Electricity, Water etc.
online or by standing order through your credit card or bank account so you can be sure what you pay includes no extra charges from a third party.

The monthly management charge is inclusive of pool and lawn care and most labor charges for minor repairs.
Extra charges are kept to a minimum by using our in-house licensed and insured maintenance team.

There may be charges for let's say, changing a broken microwave or fixing a broken pool pump, but we don't penny pinch with customers.
For instance, if during a routine inspection or clean, we notice a bulb or two has blown we will replace them free of charge,
we will remove guests trashbags at no extra cost.
You will never see a charge on your invoice for such petty things like light bulbs, toilet paper, soaps or any other incidentals.

We do encourage owner bookings, we will not guarantee we can keep your home booked all year, but we will make every effort by putting your home on our website and sending listings to all our customers in the U.K and America and advertisements in Local and British newspapers etc.
not to mention the booking agents we have in the U.K and online.
